In the living room there is a comfortable couch with sleeping function, a table, a wall bed and a wall unit with a flat screen TV, DVD player (various films available) and some board games. The separate bedroom has a double bed with two single mattresses and a wardrobe that offers plenty of storage space. From here you can access the west-facing balcony with balcony furniture, from which you can enjoy the sunset. The new fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and, in addition to a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, has all the utensils you need to cater for yourself. A dining table for four people is also available. New shower room/toilet. In the hallway you will find a wardrobe, cupboard, mirror and a landline connection. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Keeping animals is permitted upon request. A free Wi-Fi internet connection is available to you.
