The MaLeo holiday home is centrally located between the south beach (approx. 0.8 km) and the town of Burg (approx. 1.5 km) and is therefore easy to reach. It borders directly on fields, so you have a view of the inland lake and, depending on the season, you can also watch deer. Here you can enjoy pure nature.

The south beach as well as the FehMare fun and wave pool, restaurants and shops can be easily reached by bike or on foot.

The holiday home MaLeo is 126 square metres in size and has a spacious living and dining area on the ground floor with a well-equipped fitted kitchen and a storage room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

Upstairs there are three separate bedrooms, two with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and one with two single beds (90 x 200 cm each). There is also a second bathroom with a shower.

Heating is provided by underfloor heating.

You have a wonderful view from the large terrace. From there you can use the sauna for a fee and access the garden.

The garden furniture and sun lounger invite you to relax and sunbathe. There are barbecue facilities and a garden shed for bicycles.

There are two car parking spaces directly in front of the house.

Max. 1 dog is allowed on request (10€ per night extra).
