The comfortable and newly renovated apartment 32 "Schwalbennest" with gallery for 2-4 people is approx. 64 square meters in size and is located on the 3rd floor (elevator). From the hallway you come to the shower room/toilet and the lower bedroom with two beds and the living room. The living room and bedroom each have access to the balcony. In the living room there are two TV armchairs and a couch as well as a dining table for 4 people and a fully equipped kitchenette (with microwave and mini oven, toaster, egg cooker, coffee machine, etc.). SAT TV and radio are available.

From the living room a staircase leads to the upper gallery and from there to the second bedroom. From the gallery you can enjoy the sea view or make yourself comfortable on the sofa.

The apartment is bright, friendly, modern and lovingly furnished. From this apartment you have a good view of the North Sea and the busy world shipping route. Beach chair by the water available on request. The garage parking space belonging to the apartment is free of charge. Bicycle garage available.
