The Springiersbacher Hof in Ediger is beautifully situated with a view of the steep vineyards. Our holiday apartments in a variety of sizes and facilities are located in the listed building and in houses in the neighborhood.

The Osterlämmchen holiday apartment is in maisonette style and has a ceiling height of 7 m in the living area, crossed by old oak trusses from Anno 1752, which give it a distinctive character. The separate bedroom has a shower and toilet. The sleeping loft can be reached via a spiral staircase. The apartment is ideal for 2 married couples or a family. But also a good choice for married couples who sleep separately (snorers).

Sauna and solarium are in the house. Our vaulted cellar is open to you at any time. Whether you want to try the wines of our Riesling winery from the best locations in the Calmont region and our award-winning spirits from our own distillery or spend a good time with friends, we leave it to you.
