The comfortably furnished non-smoking holiday apartment is in a quiet and central location in Sehmatal, Cranzahl district.

The holiday apartment has a separate, ground-level entrance. It has a small entrance area with a cloakroom, from which you can immediately reach the kitchen. There is a dining area in the living-bedroom. Diagonally opposite is the pull-out sofa. From this room you come to the bedroom with a double bed. Opposite the living room and bedroom is the small bathroom with toilet, shower and sink.

We would like to explicitly point out that since the underfloor heating was installed, the room height in all rooms is 2.11m.
