The cozy and quiet apartment is on the upper floor of a house with 3 residential units and can be reached via a separate entrance.

The apartment has a very large bedroom with a double bed, exit to the balcony, a small seating area and television. A second spacious bedroom has two single beds. In the living room you can make yourself comfortable by the fireplace. Games and books are available for rainy days. The dining area is integrated into the living room, as is the fully equipped kitchen. From here you can also access the large south-facing balcony. The bright bathroom with window has a bathtub and a corner shower with a level entry. There is also a washing machine here. An open staircase takes you to the attic: various things are stored here, such as ironing boards and irons, ash vacuum cleaners and there is space for your suitcases. A children's high chair is available free of charge.

There is a barbecue fireplace on the south-east terrace with wind protection and surrounding lawn. There are 2 bicycles available for you to use free of charge in the woodshed.
