The Wildsau is a small, atmospheric seminar house with holiday apartments in the eco-village of Brodowin in the middle of the beautiful Ice Age terminal moraine landscape of the Schorfheide Chorin biosphere reserve.

On the upper floor of the house there are two holiday apartments that can be rented individually or together.

For small groups who rent the two holiday apartments, it is advisable to also rent the group kitchen, which is part of the seminar room. Groups of up to 15 people can sit comfortably together here for social occasions or shared meals. In winter, the clay oven creates a pleasant atmosphere.

The holiday apartments and the entire house are completely plastered with clay, which creates a pleasant indoor climate, as the air in the room does not dry out so much in winter, while it is pleasantly cool in summer. In general, ecological building materials such as clay, wood, hemp and cellulose (insulation) were largely used in the renovation of the barn building.

The holiday apartments are primarily heated with wall heaters. There is also a fireplace in the larger holiday apartment.

The house has a small garden with a lawn.
