The three-room apartment type AS is an 85 m² semi-detached house with a terrace and garden. The apartment is quietly located on the outskirts of Karlshagen. The beach is only about 1000m. The way there is almost entirely along a path through the pine forest that separates the town from the beach.

The 3-room apartments are equipped with two separate bedrooms, an open living and kitchen area, dining table with 6 chairs and a large balcony with garden furniture.

From the apartment entrance you come directly into the respective rooms through the hallway. In the living room, with a comfortable couch as well as a television and stereo system, a fireplace. Its large window front faces west and so the terrace invites you to enjoy the sunset. Directly adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with oven & stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a dining area.

The two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed or single beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a toilet and a shower. There is also a guest toilet in the apartment.
