Our East Frisian-style holiday home with a living space of 85 m² is located approx. 12m from the water of the Timmel Sea. The jetty can be reached via the large living room door. The house is located on the Inselhof at the end of a headland that extends far into the Timmel Sea. This means you are surrounded by water and have no through traffic. Only residents have access. Our guests have access to bicycles, the boat on the in-house jetty (AB motor on request), bicycles, WiFi and telephone as well as other amenities. The house is fully furnished and has been renovated in the last 2 years. The really exposed location right on the water invites you to swim right next to the house. Anglers are also welcome and can fish directly from the house. Timmel is ideal for cyclists. It is located directly on the Fehn route.

The cities of Aurich Leer and Emden with their historic city centers can be reached quickly within a radius of 15 - 20 km. There are shopping opportunities with a bakery in Timmel 7 days a week. The official bathing area can be reached within 5 minutes (from the jetty too). Hiking and cycling (commercial) trails start directly from the Inselhof.
