Enjoy your stay in our high-quality residential building (built in 2000) in a quiet, half-height location in Baden-Baden. From the garage you can reach holiday apartment 1 on the ground floor.

Holiday apartment 1 can accommodate 4 people. It has a hallway with a wardrobe, a bathroom and an additional guest toilet, a bedroom, a guest room with a washbasin, a kitchen, a living/dining room and a terrace. The terrace is accessible from the guest room and offers a garden table, 3 chairs and a parasol.

The apartment is fully equipped (including bed linen, kitchen and hand towels, table linen, cooking utensils and dishes). There are electric shutters in all rooms and an intercom system with a camera. The apartment has a ceramic tile floor with underfloor heating.

For our little guests we have a children's travel cot with accompanying bedding, a baby bathtub, children's crockery, an electric warmer for baby food and cutlery, a chamber potty and a step stool. Toys are also available.
