The Frisian-style semi-detached house under thatch is located in the immediate vicinity of the Lister east bank promenade.

Just 40 m from the sea, it offers with your

120 m2 of living space for up to four people.

On the ground floor of the holiday home you will find from the living/dining room to the open, well-equipped kitchen, guest toilet and access to the house's own terrace.

Everything you need for holiday happiness. The first floor, which you reach via a closed wooden staircase, is divided into two comfortable bedrooms, a high-quality shower room and a guest toilet.

One bedroom has a double bed. In the other bedroom you will find two single beds.

The house can only be booked for four people, so all six sleeping options can still be used.

Garden furniture is available to you on a seasonal basis. Grilling with a charcoal or gas grill is not permitted due to the thatched roof.
