The holiday apartment has 60 square meters of living space, 1 living room, children's room with 1 normal bed (2m) and a pull-out couch. A satellite flat screen and radio CD recorder are available in the living room. The kitchen-living room is equipped with a 4-burner stove with oven, microwave, coffee machine, bread machine, egg cooker and toaster. The balcony faces west and has sun from the afternoon onwards.

Shower, hand and tea towels are provided as required. Bed linen is provided by us.

As a special offer from our house, you can use the Osserbad with all saunas free of charge every day with your guest card. Regional buses and trains are also free with the guest card.

If you do not cancel your booked holiday apartment in time and we cannot find a replacement for the booked period, we will unfortunately be forced to charge 90% of the rental value. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
