Welcome to our house on the southern Zudar peninsula in the Losentitz residential park. Opposite is the GUT LOSENTITZ with a park and rare trees over 200 years old. Far away from all the hustle and bustle, you can enjoy the idyll of untouched nature, typical island bays, lonely beaches and old avenues.

The house is comfortably furnished in a country house style and can accommodate 2-8 people. It is located on a 605 m² plot with 2 terraces and 2 parking spaces.

On the ground floor you will find a hallway, a guest toilet with shower, a utility room with a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. In the large living room you can relax in the seating area with TV and music by the fireplace. The large dining table is also suitable for board and card games.

In front of the living room, the large terrace with garden furniture invites you to get together in comfort; there is a smaller terrace in the garden by the fenced pond.

On the upper floor there is the bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, 3 bedrooms, balcony and the staircase to the gallery. This loft gallery with 2 single beds is particularly popular with children.

The holiday home complex includes a lagoon property (4000 sqm) with a fishing pier 1.5 km away (currently leased).
