The holiday home is part of a former family forestry estate. It is alone in a bright deciduous forest, next to a clean swimming lake. The nature reserve begins here. It borders the four-sided courtyard in the east; on the north side, the former stables were renovated and used for different purposes, e.g. B. as a workshop, they are not rented out, as is the barn in the west. In 2007, we built a small private house in the ensemble style on part of the foundation of the former large forester's house, which was demolished in 1974 and replaced by a bungalow. The large property is partially fenced to protect against forest animals and to ensure the safety of children and dogs. The garden, courtyard and private tennis court (artificial sand turf) are shared. The terrace of the holiday home is bordered by a flower bed and a hedge as a privacy screen. The fenced tennis court and bocce court are outside the garden. The house is partly furnished with antique furniture and has a cozy atmosphere. Garden furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue and parasols are available, as well as table tennis, badminton and a sandpit for the little ones.
