The upper floor offers a bedroom with a box spring bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a luxurious bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a brick shower and a south-facing balcony with a fantastic view of the Alps. In the basement there is a party room with table and bar, sauna with shower and lounge area, toilet and room for storing bicycles and sports equipment. Well-kept garden with fantastic mountain views and covered outdoor barbecue area.

If there are more than 8 people, a 2-room holiday apartment connected to the main villa is also available (1 bedroom, bathroom, living room with double bed, sofa, table group, kitchenette, TV).

In the basement there is a permanently rented apartment with its own entrance; the tenant has no access to the villa or garden.
