The exclusive holiday apartment was newly built in 2019 and has a special charm in the attic. With the beautiful view, bright and modern, a super elegant bathroom and modern kitchen, it is a dream accommodation for a couple. The owners have put a lot of attention to detail into the apartment and as a guest you immediately feel at home.

The apartment has approx. 43 m² of living space, its own house and staircase directly into the apartment and a balcony with a fantastic view over the town of the Neureuth Alm. In addition, guests have their own use of a terrace right next to the apartment staircase.

The large living room has an open living, sleeping and kitchen area, which are not separated from each other. There is also a Swedish stove in the living area.

All bookings made via the MeineFewo portal in 2022 will receive a voucher for a white sausage breakfast per guest at the Tremmel bakery in Rottach-Egern. Please mention this voucher when making a telephone inquiry.
