Our small 30sqm holiday apartment is located directly in the Berchtesgaden market. The elevator (or stairs) takes you directly to the 1st floor. The holiday apartment is located here. From the panoramic window you can see the entire mountain world from Obersalzberg to Jenner, of course Watzmann in profile to Hochkalter.

The apartment has a fully equipped corner kitchen (dishwasher, oven, etc.) with a seating counter and bar stools.

In just a few simple steps, the comfortable two-seater can be turned into a very high-quality French bed (180x200cm).

The apartment also has a dining table, TV with board, 1 armchair and a wall unit made by a carpenter.

A walk-in glass shower awaits you in the bathroom.

Since you are located right in the center of Berchtesgaden, you can reach bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants and everyday shops within a few minutes' walk. It's about a 10-minute walk to the train station and the bus stop is right in front of the house. You can park on the public parking deck next to the house or in the Berchtesgaden underground car park.
