This stylish and spacious, airy top floor flat with open-plan living style is located on the 1st floor of our old warehouse. It was renovated in 2020 and can be reached via an external staircase. You live on 76 square metres, the flat is modernly furnished. Here you will find a bright bedroom, a living room with kitchen and a dining area.

The sofa bed or a mattress on the gallery, which can be reached via a steep staircase, can be used as an additional sleeping option. (Standing height is limited here). The bathroom is equipped with a free-standing bathtub and a spacious shower.

Adjacent to the house is our old cinema building, where private events can be celebrated or personal cinema evenings can be organised.

Our foothills of the Alps offer many beautiful lakes for real bathing pleasure, the view of the mountains reveals that you can go hiking here. Sights such as the two King Ludwig castles, the Wieskirche church or the Passion Play in Oberammergau are great excursion destinations.
