The KapitaensHaus is a detached cottage with lots of flair and cosiness in Moormerland, between the triangle of the East Frisian cities of Emden, Aurich and the historic town of Leer. A very large, partially fenced garden with a natural pond and an approx. 40 square meter covered terrace round off your quiet or excursion-filled day. There is also a grill and real wood garden furniture on the terrace. The living space is 95 square meters and is barrier-free.

You and your family live in the newly renovated house alone. Cozy country house style atmosphere and complete home furnishings for 2 to 6 people + baby/toddler. (A travel cot can also be set up upon request.) We offer a shower stool free of charge for guests with limited mobility. Of course you can also bring a dog/cat with you. We have prepared bowls, toys and a small scratching post for your four-legged friends.

Cars can be parked in the yard free of charge. WiFi free.

There are 3 bedrooms in the house: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and 3rd bedroom with a sofa bed with a comfortable full-length mattress (160x220).

Everything you need every day is there in the house.
