Our idyllic holiday home is centrally located in East Frisia, in the middle of the well-developed cycle path network on our peninsula, approximately 5 km south of the district town of Wittmund near two large forest areas. From here it is about 20 minutes by car to the North Sea and the climatic health resort of Carolinensiel.

Leerhafe is a large village with a very good infrastructure. In the village, all important services (supermarket, financial institution, hairdresser, pharmacy, doctors) can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes on foot.

The house is surrounded by a 970 sqm property in a quiet location on the outskirts of the old village center with some old farms and a view of the green pastures of East Frisia.

The park-like garden contains an extensive magnolia and rhododendron collection and botanical rarities.

In the house you have enough space and have a living room, fireplace room, dining room, kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and a shower/toilet on the ground floor and on the upper floor. The rooms in the house are: Some are furnished with antiques and furniture painted by an artist. The colors turquoise, red and gold dominate in the house.
