At around 60 square meters, it offers enough space for 2-4 people and includes a small bathroom with a bathtub, a large and light-flooded living/dining area with satellite TV on a smart TV connected to the existing WiFi and a fully equipped fitted kitchen with a refrigerator including a small freezer compartment, oven and dishwasher. The bedroom in the attic with a separate toilet can be reached via a space-saving staircase. Enjoy the wonderful view of the Baltic Sea with a cup of tea or coffee on the approx. 4 square meter balcony. The balcony is accessible from the living area.
