The F.W. Franz has a spacious, open living area with a well-equipped old wood carpenter's kitchen - refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, water and egg cooker, coffee machine. There is enough space for 8 people on the rustic bog oak benches.

The large flat screen ensures a nice TV experience on the corner couch, armchair and on the stove bench by the tiled stove. The indirect lighting exudes comfort in all rooms.

In the bathroom with stepless shower, bath towel. In the infrared cabin you can forget about everyday life. In one bedroom there is an extraordinary four-poster bed, the second bedroom was made from driftwood. With a barrel vault in the hallway and the cross vault over the kitchen. The open living area has an attractive wrought iron fireplace.

With 2 south-facing balconies from where you have a wonderfully unobstructed all-round view of the Chiemgau Alps.
