The luxurious apartment has a 30 sqm terrace that gives you a unique panoramic view from the sensational Plauer lifting bridge to the historic chicken ladder and the lock. Passing water hikers on the Müritz-Elde waterway take you far away from everyday life... Swimming right in front of the house in the Elde is also very popular with the locals because of the perfect water quality. The extremely popular climatic health resort of Plau am See has a very beautiful promenade to stroll, past the city harbor, various restaurants and ice cream cafes, the Müritz fishermen with fresh fish and all the way to the lighthouse on the peat bog. Bicycles can be parked in the yard. After loading and unloading in front of the house, you can use public parking spaces not far away. (EG-Zeisler's dining room)
