The apartment is new and according to the KfW-70 standard. It consists of two spacious rooms with underfloor heating. In the large living room with open kitchen you can enjoy the Alpine panorama on the coach or end the day on the terrace. There is a double bed in the bedroom, which also has an exit to the terrace. With a high-quality mobile extra bed, a maximum of 3 people are possible in the apartment or one child in a travel cot, which we provide to you free of charge. In the large and bright bathroom you can relax in the large bathtub.

The apartment has air conditioning, which ensures pleasant warmth on cold days and cooling on hot days.

Wi-Fi access and a television connection are available free of charge. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment. The apartment can be easily reached by elevator.
