In the attic there is a second bedroom with a double bed and a separate toilet. With a living space of approx. 52 square meters, the apartment is ideal for 2-4 people.

You can easily park your car in one of the two parking spaces belonging to the apartment directly in front of the house. Shops (NEUKAUF-Mark, bakery, drugstore) 500 m away, the town center is approx. 1200 m away, as is the small lagoon harbor.
