The roof-only house is located in an idyllic holiday and residential area directly on the banks of the Schlei southwest of Kappeln on the Schwansen side, less than 100 steps from the Schleiufer. In 2018 it was extensively renovated and lovingly designed.

With a total living space of 70 square meters and a plot of 390 square meters, it offers enough space for up to 4 people. There is only a fence towards the street, otherwise the property is open on the edge of a large, commonly used meadow with a pond, which is not fenced in but is densely surrounded by reeds, depending on the season. Please pay attention to small children.

The living room has a maritime design with a comfortable corner sofa and a dining table group in a beach house look. The beamed ceiling, typical of roof-only houses, gives a special atmosphere.

A small open kitchen complements the cozy living room. From here there is direct access to the terrace. The hallway leads to the shower room with toilet and sink and opposite to the cloakroom and storage room.
