The apartment has a living room with a balcony with lake and mountain views. A 3rd and 4th person can sleep on the sofa bed. The open kitchen with dining area is fully equipped. A separate bedroom with a double bed is away from the pedestrian zone. A bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine is also part of the equipment of this apartment.

Once you arrive at the property, you can easily and barrier-free reach the apartment on the 3rd floor using an elevator. Dogs are allowed upon prior request. However, they are not allowed to stay alone in the apartment so that other housemates in the house are not disturbed by barking. We also ask you to provide dog liability insurance.

The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone and cars are not allowed to enter there. Except during pick-up times from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., for short stops while unloading and loading, e.g. B. heavy luggage. The car is not allowed to be left there without a driver, because that is parking for which you will get a ticket. There are paid parking spaces just a few minutes walk from the apartments, e.g. B. Seeparkplatz at the rear harbor and parking garage in the old town.
